The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by 9Guess and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
5. In-App Purchases
The App may offer in-app purchases. All purchases are final and non-refundable unless required by law. Prices may vary by location.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, 9Guess shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the App.
